Smiley Children Society Continues to Foster Educational Excellence Through Grassroots Community Service
Mandapeta, Andhra Pradesh: With a strong commitment to empowering children through education, Smiley Children Society continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of underprivileged families across Andhra Pradesh. Since its establishment on January 19, 2019, the organization has focused on creating sustainable educational opportunities that enable children to pursue their dreams regardless of their economic circumstances.
Founded by Prudhvi Moses, Smiley Children Society operates from its headquarters in Mandapeta, supported by branch offices in Angara (East Godavari District) and Pothavaram (West Godavari District). Through the collective efforts of volunteers, educators, and community members, the organization has implemented several initiatives that address educational access, academic support, and child development.
A cornerstone of the organization’s work is helping children enroll in government schools. Volunteers conduct awareness drives in nearby villages, identify children who are not attending school, counsel parents on the value of education, and assist with documentation and admission procedures. By simplifying the enrollment process, Smiley Children Society has helped many families take an important step toward securing their children’s future.
These efforts have been appreciated by Headmaster Swamy Narayan, who praised the organization’s volunteers and acknowledged Founder Prudhvi Moses for his continued dedication to promoting education among underserved communities.

To support students throughout their academic journey, Smiley Children Society conducts free evening tuition classes at its Angara branch. The classes provide additional learning assistance, subject revision, homework guidance, and examination preparation, helping students strengthen their academic foundation and improve their confidence.
The organization also provides free dinner after every tuition session, recognizing that proper nutrition is an essential component of effective learning. This initiative offers valuable support to children and their families while encouraging regular attendance and sustained academic participation.
In addition to these educational services, Smiley Children Society actively promotes creative teaching methodologies in Anganwadi centres and government schools. During educational events, including sessions held at ZPHS Angara, Prudhvi Moses has encouraged educators to integrate storytelling, activity-based learning, educational games, music, and visual teaching techniques into classrooms to create engaging learning experiences for young children.
To complement these efforts, the organization regularly donates educational equipment, classroom resources, and teaching materials to schools, helping improve learning environments and support innovative educational practices.
