crime and anti-social behaviour. Officers were then grante a three-month closure order for the store with the order in place until midnight on August 13. A copy of an order, taped to the


store shutters, reads: "A person commits an offence if they remain on or enters this premises and can be arrested. "If found guilty of an offence they are liable to imprisonment


and/or a fine. "The premises has been sealed and no further entry will be allowed." The order states that all further inquiries be directed to West Midlands Police. Inspector Jim


Carroll, from Birmingham Police, said the closure should act as a "deterrent to other convenience stores which may be involved in criminality." "We received numerous
