ADAM FROST HAS OPENED UP ABOUT FILMING FOR GARDENERS' WORLD FROM HIS HOME, WHICH HE SHARES WITH HIS WIFE AND DAUGHTER 23:37, 31 May 2025 Gardener Adam Frost has revealed that his wife
Sulina frets more than he does about filming content from their patch. The Gardeners' World personality initially had jitters about showcasing his new, tinier garden after moving away
from an 18th-century farmhouse with a sprawling three-acre garden. Frost found, to his surprise, that viewers feel a greater connection to the modestly sized space which resembles their own
gardens more closely. In conversation with the Sunday Times, the green-fingered expert disclosed his DIY approach to filming: "No, it's just me, my wife and daughter." He
admitted, "I was nervous about sharing our new garden because it is much smaller than the three-acre space at our previous 18th Century farmhouse, but viewers relate to it more.",
reports Yorkshire Live. Adam gave insights into the behind-the-scenes planning necessary for each show, coordinating with co-star Monty Don to ensure variety in each episode. Article

worries more than I do." "The team feels like extended family and it's the nicest job in the world. You walk out of your own front door, garden in your own garden, film it,
and then everybody goes home and you go back indoors." Last year, on an episode of Gardeners' World, he confirmed his choice to relocate, saying: "Like so many of us over the
last couple of years, I had time to just stop and think. "Probably, in reality for the first time since I was about 16-years-old - and realised that my life is slightly chaotic.
"So as a family, we've just decided to scale back, so I can spend more time with them - but it does mean I've got a smaller garden." In addition to property talk, Adam
has been candid about his personal health struggles, revealing earlier this year that he has lived with fibromyalgia for two decades, a condition known for causing widespread pain as
described by the NHS. He shared his experience on BBC's Morning Live: "For most of my life, I've considered myself pretty fit and healthy, regularly playing sports and, of
course, spending lots of time in the garden. "But around 20 years ago, I started to experience some unusual symptoms. I started to experience these very odd pains. "They started in
my neck, back, and shoulders, like this throbbing, and that then just moved through the rest of my body. Article continues below "On top of that, I wasn't sleeping very well.
I'd go to work and come home, exhausted. For almost two years, I was sent from pillar to post as doctors struggled to identify what was causing me to be so unwell."
