by GERREN KEITH GAYNOR September 12, 2012 ------------------------- From the Grio. A Los Angeles hospital is investigating a racist display that appeared to be directed at African-American
employees in the IT department. KAISER HOSPITAL RIVERSIDE employee Xavier Fields said when he arrived for work he witnessed a doll in black face hanging from a rope. The doll also had a
racial slur written on its chest. What was more alarming to Fields was that it was in a restricted area in the hospital where only employees have access. Employees gave the doll to a
manager, which prompted the hospital to launch an investigation. No police report was filed. Read more at the Grio.
