A BIOLOGY TEACHER HAS BEEN ACCUSED OF ENGAGING IN A SEXUAL RELATIONSHIP WITH ONE OF HER STUDENTS – SHE ALLEGEDLY HAD SEX WITH HIM JUST MOMENTS BEFORE THE SCHOOL BELL ON THE DAY OF HER ARREST

12:18, 01 Jun 2025 A teacher accused of having sex with one of her students allegedly committed the sick crime just moments before the first school bell. Brooke Anderson, 27, who is a

teacher at Riverview High School, is accused of engaging in a sexual relationship with the student for months, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office. She was charged

with three counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor two weeks ago. Earlier that same day, police launched their investigation into Anderson after they received a tip off about an

inappropriate relationship between the Riverview High School teacher and a male student, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office. Anderson allegedly had sex with the

student at the school on the morning of May 16 before she was taken into custody. The teenage student told deputies that the pair began their relationship in September 2024, and started

sharing “sexually explicit text messages.” He then said that the relationship escalated in the weeks leading up to her arrest, and reported multiple instances of alleged sexual activity.

Article continues below Sheriff Chad Chronister said: “This teacher betrayed the trust of a student, a school, and an entire community. What should have been a safe, supportive environment

for learning was exploited for abuse. Her actions are criminal, calculated, and deeply disturbing.” Anderson was booked on three counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor, according to

online jail records. She was released the following day after a judge set her bail at $45,000, $15,000 for each of the three counts. The school district assured the public that she had

passed all required screenings and background checks before she was hired, but has now been suspended pending termination. Hillsborough County Public Schools told DailyMail.com Anderson had

taught biology in the district since November 2021. Anderson was a science teacher at Riverview High School, but her name was removed from the school's directory shortly after her

arrest, according to People. The Riverview High School Clubs roster also lists her as the school's environmental club sponsor. The Sheriff’s Office says that it remains an active
