Kicking off the series at over 700lbs, Tammy was left speechless when she weighed in during the seventh season of the TLC reality show.

‌ The scales clocked her in at 201lbs, marking an unbelievable drop from her starting point just five years prior.

‌ TLC shared the moment on their Instagram with the caption: "Tammy can't believe her eyes when she steps on the scale on #1000lbSisters."

"Am I reading that wrong?" she queried before the figure was verified. "I've lost about 50-something pounds since being here?"

A beaming Tammy couldn't hide her joy as her sister Amy praised her: "201lbs, that's freaking amazing, girl.

In a later confessional, she divulged: "When I got on the scale, and I seen it said 200, I was like, 'There ain't no way I'm looking at that right'."

‌ Fans were over the moon for Tammy, showering her with messages of pride for her achievement.

One fan remarked: "And she's well under 200 without all the extra clothes and shoes! That's amazing! !"
