In France, Sesali is the entry point to MyHealth@EU. The SESALI SERVICE ENABLES AUTHORISED HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS TO PERUSE a European patient's healthcare data in a secure,
structured manner, in the French language. Currently, the service enables A QUERY TO BE MADE TO THE CROSS-BORDER DATA so that the European equivalent of a synthèse médicale (Patient Summary)
can be consulted for patient care and clinical sections, such as allergies and adverse reactions, active diseases and current treatments, treatment history, medical and surgical history,
vaccine records. As part of the expansion of MyHealth@EU services, work is underway on e-Prescribing (digital prescriptions for medicines) and e-Dispensing. Once it’s complete, a patient
with an e-Prescription will be able to pick up medicines in the country where they are being treated. Other documents in the care pathway will incorporate these services in the European
roadmap, such as lab results, medical imaging documents, and hospital discharge reports.
