Boulevard at Sisters Beach in the North-West was started accidentally.


The Tasmania Fire Service said the fire early Saturday evening was in a rental residence, and could not confirm that anyone was in the house at the time of the blaze.


However there were no injuries reported.


Three brigades attended the fire, with five vehicles. The fire took just over an hour to contain.

Emergency Services have been called to a house fire at Sisters Beach in the state’s North West.


Tasmania Police said it received a call of a structure fire on Irby Boulevard at 6.39pm.


There were no injuries from the fire.


It is not known what caused the blaze.
