The Premium Bonds winning numbers for August have been published and with more than £96 million up for grabs, it is important to check if you have one of the lucky winning numbers/ There are
two winners who became instant millionaires in September's prize draw. But who won the September 2019 Premium Bonds draw?
The total number of prizes in August is more than 3.3 million.
The first was a man from Surrey with the winning bond number 319ML537267.
The bond was purchased in January 2018 and the man has invested £41,595.
He was the 23rd Premium Bonds millionaire from Surrey.
The second millionaire winner for September is a man from Hertfordshire with the winning bond number 350AS143074.
He purchased his winning bond in January and has a total of £50,000 invested.
It is the second £1 million prize for Hertfordshire in two months, the third this year and the 11th in total.

Ian Ackerley, at NS&I, said: "Each £1 Bond has an equal chance of winning and whether it is a high value holding like September’s winners or a smaller standing order that builds up steadily
over time, the magic of Premium Bonds is that regular savings habits can lead to life-changing sums of money.
"The minimum investment is now just £25 which means that it is easier to put money into Premium Bonds than before.
“The enduring appeal is the chance to be surprised and delighted by not only the jackpot, but by any of the three million plus tax-free prizes paid out this month."
Elsewhere in the draw, six people won prizes of £100,000, 11 people secured a payout of £50,000 and 22 people won £25,000.
NS&I says that close to 3.4 million other tax-free prizes between £25 and £100,000 will also be paid out this September.
In total for the September 2019 draw, £96,271,675 will be paid out.
