Another huge Netflix documentary could be on the cards for Prince Harry, but this time without sharing the screen with Meghan, it has been claimed. Streaming giant deals for the Sussexes now
only centre around Netflix, after the couple "mutually agreed to part ways" with mammoth music service Spotify. Netflix, which previously aired the explosive 2022 documentary
‘Harry & Meghan’, has now reportedly offered Prince Harry an idea for another show, but this time solo for him. According to the Daily Mail the film and TV maker was planning to end it’s
$100 million deal with Harry and Meghan in just two years after rejecting several other ideas for programmes. But Page Six reports one suggestion has gained traction, and that is to
transport Harry back to his “roots” in Africa. The father-of-two has well-publicised links with the continent, working in both South Africa, Botswana and Lesotho on a variety of charity and
wildlife conservation projects. A source told the publication: “Obviously, Harry has a lot of roots in Africa and he feels at home there.” Previously Harry has gone it alone with Apple TV
when he starred in a series about mental health, dubbed ‘The Me You Can’t See’. The Megxit couple have travelled extensively in southern Africa, with both visiting South Africa and before
that Botswana together for their third date. In the landlocked Kingdom of Lesotho Prince Harry helped set up Sentebale, a charity to support vulnerable children, working with the brother of
the country’s king. It was in Lesotho where Harry befriended six-year-old Mutsu Potsane during his gap year in 2004. The Prince would later invite Mutsu and others to attend his wedding to
Meghan Markle in 2018. A source familiar with Harry and Meghan's $100million Netflix deal reportedly said: “Things are great” and a Netflix spokesperson told the publication: “We value
our partnership with Archewell Productions.” The palace's annual Sovereign Grant report has revealed this week the Sussexes have vacated their former home of Frogmore Cottage in
Windsor, though officials have declined to say who will be the next tenant. Express.co.uk has contacted representatives of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex for comment about the claims of a
new documentary being in the pipeline.
