Danny Jones has a blistering one-word nickname for his I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! campmate Dean McCullough. In last night’s episode (November 23), a new bed and hammock got
delivered to the ITV camp – leaving the cast squabbling over who would be the one to snap them up. In his confessional, Danny explained: “There was a brand new bed and a brand new hammock.
So I went straight for that bed.” Dean made a hushed plea to Danny, asking: “Danny, can you take that bed though, because it’s closer to the rats?” And finally snapping, Danny fumed: “I’m
not going near the rats, sunshine! I’ve slept near the rats all week!” He confessed: “Normally I don’t go out there and do things for myself like that, but I had to get it. I did not mess
about today.” Fans couldn’t get enough of the fiery exchange, with one X user writing: “YES DANNY. Standing up for yourself to Dean, who’s now moaning about sleeping in a camp bed after
being in the luxury bed for a day or two?! Dean is honestly getting on my nerves. Vote him out!” Somebody else echoed: “Dean really is so entitled, I try my hardest to defend everyone but
why is he behaving like a child as if they aren’t all struggling?” And another fan agreed: “I would have been so mad if Danny if he had said yes to that wimp.” The episode also saw Dean
clash with Coronation Street star Alan Halsall, who was responsible for handing out chores. Dean, however, was too busy napping. Alan fumed: “You don’t fancy it? No?” – and Dean wasn’t happy
about being woken up. He hit back: “Listen to me. If you’re gonna wake me up, you need to give me a minute, alright? It takes a couple of minutes for my contact lenses to get back working
again, alright, so you don’t need to turn around to me and say, ‘Do you not fancy it?’ And then turn around and walk away.”
