on Sunday MOURINHO ACCEPTS FRAUD CHARGES Jose Mourinho has accepted a one-year suspended prison term after defrauding Spanish tax authorities, according to El Mundo. The United boss was
accused of using offshore companies in Ireland, the British Virgin Islands and New Zealand to conceal his earnings, totalling around €3.3m (£2.9m) during his time as Real Madrid manager
between 2011 and 2012. Each year that a defendant is deemed to have offended carries a six-month prison sentence but Mourinho has now accepted a compliance agreement that prevents him from
going to trial or serving any time in jail. The former Chelsea boss has been forced to repay 60 per cent of the defrauded money, which comes to €1.9m (£1.7m). TRAINING GROUND
'CLIQUE' Four out of favour Manchester United players have reportedly formed a 'clique' behind the scenes at Old Trafford. The Daily Mail claims Marcus Rashford has
joined Paul Pogba, Anthony Martial and Eric Bailly's group on the training ground as speculation continues to surround the futures of all four players. The publication claims Rashford
is ready to leave after repeatedly being snubbed by Mourinho. Martial is also expected to exit the club in the future, although Pogba and Bailly are enjoying slightly more first-team
football at present. LUKAKU'S XMAS SPIRIT Manchester United star Romelu Lukaku was clearly in a festive mood as the Red Devils beat Burnley 2-0 on Sunday evening. The Belgian striker
scored both goals in the game to increase his tally for the season. However, during Lukaku's big chance to notch up a hat-trick, eagle-eyed fans spotted something peculiar about the
forward. The 25-year-old skipped beyond Joe Hart, flashing a pair of Christmas boxer shorts underneath his United kit in the process. Lukaku was swiftly brought down by Ben Mee – who clearly
wasn't keen to gift the striker with a goal – before he could pull the trigger.
