Wilson switches jobs Rosalyn Wilson, author of the annual _State of Logistics Report,_ said Friday she has joined Delcan, an engineering and consulting firm specializing in transportation
and water systems, as a senior business analyst. Wilson said she would continue to produce the _State of Logistics Report,_ which is scheduled to be released this year on June 18. The
report, sponsored by the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, documents logistics trends and costs to the overall economy. Wilson previously worked for Sys Technologies, an
information technology firm where she did project management work but had to apply her transportation expertise to independent projects. She has previous experience at the American
Association of Railroads, the Eno Transportation Foundation and the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
