A car and garage door were severely damaged by fire in the early hours of this morning. Emergency services were called just before 2am to Appleton Road in the Primrose Hill area of Stockton.
A grey Vauxhall Corsa was severely damaged by the blaze. A spokesperson for Cleveland Fire Brigade said: "Cleveland Fire Brigade were called on June 2 at 1:52am to an incident at
Appleton Road, Primrose Hill Stockton. Two fire engines in attendance from Yarm and Stockton. One breathing apparatus used. "One car engine compartment 100 per cent fire damaged. The
police are aware of the incident. We got the stop call at 2.19am.” Cleveland Police has been contacted for further information. The incident was one of several on Teesside on Sunday into
