polythene packaging. Product Report and Image Link to Product Image and PDF HAZARD The product has been identified as presenting a risk of injuries and explosion. The product possessed no
declaration of conformity to demonstrate that the simple pressure vessel had been tested to the applicable standard, EN 286-1. The product requires improvements to quality assurance,
documentation and markings, and was incorrectly rated for UK mains supply voltage. The product also had poor internal and external build quality. The product does not meet the requirements
