Realtor.com (for single-family houses within 20% of the median list price of $234,750) was a Pasadena home priced under $200,000. The three-bedroom, two-bathroom house has 1,303 square feet
of space and is listed for $199,900. It ranked No. 2. It’s not the only Pasadena single-family home listed on the website for under $200,000. There’s also a two-bedroom, one-bathroom house
with 810 square feet listed at $199,900, although it didn’t make the national list. In spot No. 1 was a four-bedroom, three-bathroom 1923 home with 1,768 square feet in Los Angeles listed at
