A 15-year-old Los Angeles boy was shot and killed in what police called a gang-related, drive-by shooting. Donnie Newton was walking with friends on 108th Street near Central Avenue when a
car pulled up alongside the group, police said. Someone in the car shouted a gang name, and a .22-caliber revolver was fired from the auto, said Los Angeles Police Detective Ray Paik. One
