LONDON — The British Medical Assn. urged the government Tuesday to ban all advertising and promotion of tobacco products. The association also urged that new, sterner health warnings be
printed on cigarette packs and that tobacco companies be made to accept responsibility for their products. The calls came in a letter from the medical association to Health and Social
