GM in Talks With Hungarians: General Motors is negotiating to expand its business in Hungary. GM has had a trade pact with Hungary for about two years under which it buys auto parts from
Hungarian companies for its European operations, mostly Opel cars. In exchange, GM is able to sell Opel cars in Hungary.
