Saatchi & Saatchi to Sell Unit: The London-based advertising conglomerate said it agreed to sell Gartner Group Inc. for $70 million. Information Partners L.P., a Boston-based investment
group, will pay cash and a promissory note or shares for Gartner. The sale of Gartner, a Connecticut market information and product data supplier, is part of Saatchi’s plan to sell off its
