A man suspected of being the driver in the hit-and-run death of a pedestrian in San Diego has been arrested in Dallas and is awaiting extradition, a police spokesman said Monday. Ernest A.
Torres, 30, was sought on an arrest warrant in the death of Jacques P. Reeves, 30. He was arrested in Dallas on March 26, San Diego police spokesman Bill Robinson said. Reeves was struck and
