* The average nationwide price for regular gasoline was unchanged last week at $1.116 a gallon. Gasoline on the West Coast increased 1.1 cents, making the region’s motor fuel the most

father, Rupert Murdoch.
* Best Buy Inc. said Vice Chairman and President Bradbury Anderson will take over as chief executive from Chairman Richard Schulze on June 30. Schulze will remain responsible for strategic
business development. Schulze founded Best Buy in 1966 as a single audio store.
