Authorities surround a North Hollywood home where an armed man is holed up after leading police on a high-speed chase on several Los Angeles freeways. The Los Angeles Police Department has
sealed off the surrounding area and is urging residents to stay indoors. The police perimeter is Magnolia Boulevard to the north, Otsego Street to the south, Irvine Avenue to the east and
Colfax Avenue to the west. The Magnolia Boulevard exit of the 170 Freeway is also closed.
