MANCHESTER UNITED CAPTAIN BRUNO FERNANDES'S REPRESENTATIVES HAVE SPOKEN WITH SAUDI PRO LEAGUE CLUB AL HILAL THIS WEEK IN RIYADH 16:30, 01 Jun 2025 Manchester United captain Bruno
Fernandes has sent his support to Marcus Rashford this weekend as the duo's future at Old Trafford remains finely in the balance. Rashford has spent the second-half of the season on
loan at Aston Villa after a public fallout with manager Ruben Amorim that began in December. After the winger was dropped for the Manchester derby, he never recovered his spot in the United
team and it became clear he would not earn his spot back under the Portuguese manager. With a move to Barcelona off the cards in January, Rashford managed to negotiate a loan switch to
Villa. After rediscovering some of his form, the forward picked up an injury after scoring against Manchester City which resulted in him missing the rest of the campaign. Since then,
Rashford has been undertaking warm weather training camps in a bid to ensure he is fully fit for the start of pre-season which shall begin in July. Sharing his progress this weekend,
Rashford posted on Instagram a video of himself sprinting, with the caption: "The work don’t stop! Let’s go." Among the United players to show their support for Rashford was
Fernandes who liked the video along with Andre Onana and Diogo Dalot. While Rashford is almost certain to leave United this summer, Fernandes' future hangs in the balance. Article

'seriously considering' the offer placed to him by the Saudi club that is thought to be valued at a whopping £700,000 per week. Fernandes would then get tongues wagging on Saturday
when he shared a cryptic message on his Instagram account. The statement, which was in Portuguese, translated to: "If you tried and failed, congratulations! "There are people who
don't even try." It was not too big a leap to assume that Fernandes could have been referring to United and his time at the club. Consistently, Fernandes has been the best player
at United and this season he scored 19 goals and managed 20 assists. Despite his best efforts, this was not enough to deliver a trophy nor avoid United's worst ever finish in the
Premier League. _Here at The Manchester Evening News, we are dedicated to bringing you the best Manchester United coverage and analysis._ Article continues below _Make sure you don't
