In September 2024, Aishwarya revealed that some of the said footage has been found, and with this footage included, the film will release on OTT as an extended cut. She said that this
footage will make the end product totally different from the version that was released in theatres. The film also stars Senthil, Jeevitha, Thambi Ramaiah, Ananthika Sanilkumar, Vivek
Prasanna, Thangadurai, and KS Ravikumar, among others. With music by AR Rahman, cinematography by Vishnu Rangasamy, the film has editing by Pravin Baaskar. Rajinikanth, who was last seen in
TJ Gnanavel's _VETTAIYAN_, is currently working on Lokesh Kanagaraj's _COOLIE_ and Nelson Dilipkumar's _JAILER 2_.
