Come and discover a world apart at the Mycéliades science-fiction festival, from February 1 to 16, 2025, in several cinemas and media libraries across the Paris region. Ready to learn more
about intelligence, whether artificial or extraterrestrial? From FEBRUARY 1 TO 16, 2025, the MYCÉLIADES SCIENCE fiction festival will be held in CINEMAS and MEDIA LIBRARIES across France!
Nearly 70 pairs of cinemas and media libraries are offering PROGRAMS and events on the theme of_"INTELLIGENCES_", with FILM SCREENINGS, meetings, writing workshops with writers and
astrophysicists, and conferences, alongside web designers and science popularizers. On the program, then, is the exploration of our DIGITAL FUTURES through cinema, books, video games and
comic strips, and their importance in pop-culture. You'll see plenty of machines and robots, extraterrestrials and other types of non-human intelligence at this festival. Films old and
new will be screened in your local cinemas, including _Blade Runner, Matrix, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Nope, _and_ Terminator!_ Please note that media library events are free of charge, while
cinema screenings are subject to a fee, depending on the cinema's own pricing policy. PARTICIPATING TOWNS IN ÎLE-DE-FRANCE * CHÂTENAY-MALABRY - Cinéma Le Rex & Médiathèque de
