World Day against Child Labour on Sunday inaugurated the ‘Child Labour Tracking System (CLTS)‘ for Bihar. He also announced financial help of Rs 25,000 for every rescued child labour from


the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.Kumar, also revealed that he had in principle accepted the ‘Charter of Demands’ submitted by rescued child labours. He announced the setting up a committee


headed by Chief Secretary for implementation of their demands.Talking about the significance of the tracking system, the Chief Minister said that the system will help track those children


who have been rescued, besides ensuring that they are not dragged back into child labour again.
