New Delhi, Dec 12 (IANS) The Rajya Sabha was on Wednesday adjourned till 2 p.m., soon after it reconvened at 12 noon after an earlier adjournment. As soon as the House reconvened, some MPs
came near the Chair's podium and started creating a ruckus. Within a minute, Chairman M. Venkaiah Naidu adjourned the House till 2 p.m. Earlier as the House met for the day, it made an
obituary reference to former US President George H.W. Bush. It also commended its Member, Mc Mary Kom, for her achievements in the boxing arena. Soon after, the MPs who had given notices
under the adjournment motion demanded their issues be taken up. Chairman Naidu told them that he had rejected the notices as adjournment motions but was ready to take up the issues up under
other rules. Meanwhile a few Members trooped to the Chair's podium and started raising slogans. The Chair adjourned the House till 12 noon. (This story was auto-published from a
