In an untoward incident, 45 miners were trapped inside a coal mine in Durgapur city of West Bengal on Thursday. The miners were reportedly stuck for 12 hours because of a technical problem
in the broiler, which in turn led to the trolley not working. The mining company officials blamed the management for the episode. The workers meanwhile were rescued after 12 hours without
any harm caused.
