After walking out April 20, Kelly Ripa is set to return Tuesday to co-hosting ABC's _Live with Kelly and Michael_, sources told _People_ and the _Los Angeles Times_ on Friday. She
apparently sent the following email to her staff Friday: Ripa was apparently upset that she learned of co-host Michael Strahan's promotion to _Good Morning America_ only shortly before
