Prince Louis, the youngest child of Prince William and Princess Kate, often hits headlines across the globe for his cheeky antics at royal events, which tend to include dancing and pulling

silly faces.

While the prince, six, does not attend every royal occasion as a result of his age, royal fans have been quick to notice that when he does, he looks very similar to one of his closest

relatives.

Although many talk about how his sister Princess Charlotte, nine, is the spitting image of her father Prince William and her great grandmother the late Queen Elizabeth II, it seems that

Prince Louis, like his brother Prince George, instead gets compared to Princess Kate’s side of the family.

On various occasions, people have pointed out that the young prince looks just like his grandfather Michael Middleton, who is rarely pictured with Louis despite their close bond.

However, even when the grandfather and his grandson are not pictured side by side, photographs of Prince Louis seem to be enough to convince royal fans that he is the “spitting image” of

Princess Kate’s dad.

On X, formerly known as Twitter, people have frequently posted about similarities between the pair.

One fan wrote: “Prince Louis is the spitting image of Grandad Michael Middleton!”

Another said: “Everytime I see a photograph of Prince Louis, I see his Grandpa Michael Middleton. It's sweet.”

A third posted: “I swear Prince Louis is Michael Middleton’s mini me.”

Although Louis is rarely seen in public with his grandfather Michael Middleton, the young prince - along with his siblings - have a close bond with him, which has strengthened this year as a

result of Princess Kate’s cancer diagnosis.

Since living in Windsor, the children have been able to see more of their grandparents who live just a short drive away.

Michael Middleton and his wife Carole, Princess Kate’s mother, also featured in her intimate video released in September to mark the end of her chemotherapy journey.

In the clip, the grandparents could be seen playing cards with their grandchildren, along with Princess Kate and Prince William. Prince Louis was spotted sitting on his father’s lap beside

his grandad as they played together.
